   This 50' box car, double doors, w/o roofwalk, proudly celebrates Kalmbach's 70th anniversary. In 1933, Al Kalmbach, a victim of the great depression, combined his interests of model trains and printing. The result was the first 12 page issue of Model Railroader magazine that sold only 272 copies. Since then, MRR has become not only the oldest model railroading magazine, but also the leader in circulation.
