The Tobu Urban Park Line (Noda Line) links the satellite cities Ōmiya, Kashiwa, and Funabashi in Tōkyō— a key commuter route. In 2014, the line was rebranded as the “Tobu Urban Park Line” to refresh its image, with new logo marks added to the train exteriors. Despite these changes, the 8000 series continues to play an active role as one of the main types on the line today.
