The E233-1000 Series was introduced in 2007 for operation on the Keihin-Tohoku and Negishi Lines. This release reproduces the fleet's current appearance, including recently added ATACS-compatible antennas and other equipment updates.

• Pre-printed side destination display: "Rapid Keihin-Tohoku Line".
• Add-on Set A bookcase can store the Basic Set and Add-on Set B.
