● Item Introduction

The 800 Series was introduced by JR Kyushu for the opening of the Kyushu Shinkansen in 2004, inheriting the prestigious "Tsubame" name from the former limited express services. Following the completion of the full Kyushu Shinkansen route in 2011, it was also assigned to Sakura services.

◆ Enjoy it alongside other trains active throughout the Kyushu region, including the 787 Series "36 Plus 3" (10-2090) and the 885 Series (Second Edition) "Around the Kyushu" (10-1952).
