This 50' rib side box car with single door and no roofwalk runs on black roller bearing trucks. This XM class boxcar built by Pullman Standard at their Bessemer, Alabama shop is part of lot 9975. Dark blue, it has a silver roof and bright red MNS lettering and diamond logo. By the mid 1980s, this entire series ran under the Wisconsin Central road name, initially retaining their original MNS paint scheme and road numbers.
