The seventh car in the exciting Graffiti Collector Series continues the tradition of celebrating the best of contemporary railroad graffiti. This Rail Box car was photographed on an overcast and snowy day in an upper midwest railyard in the late fall of 1996. It was probably painted the summer before on the west coast and railroad observers across the country were struck by the dramatic color and strikig intricacy of the designs. Notice how the Rail Box logo colors are picked up in the graffiti. This piece is quite typical of today's better graffiti, upbeat and fun to view.
