Dear N Scale Customers,
Here are the new items from Micro-Trains!
Get them right away, shipping carriers annouced that the Christmas Rush is already in effect, what that means is shipping is not reliable due to the increased heavy traffic they are already experiencing, on top of manufacturers being delayed with importing new products!
Make sure you have exactly what you want all wrapped up this holiday season by ordering before it's all gone or even worse delayed!
CAR #1
This 3-bay covered hopper with elongated hatches is grey with black lettering and runs on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. Built by ACF in 1967 for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, this three-bay 4,700 cubic-foot covered hopper was merged into the Chessie fleet in 1979, and eventually received a paintout and restenciling for CSX Railroad.
CSX Transportation was formed through the mergers of Chessie System and Seaboard System, both of which also formed through mergers. It later absorbed roughly half of Conrail, and continues to operate as one of the largest East-coast Class 1 railroads. This 11-car series features prototype-weathered and patched paint schemes representing the major constituent heritage railroads in CSX’s family tree.
