Kanamodel, a local Canadian company, makes kits for modelers, especially CN and CNR and CPR fans.  They use real prototypical buildings and make them according to the designs and plans used by the rail lines themselves - scaled down to either HO or N.  Unhappily, they make most of their kits for HO Scale, but they also make N Scale Kits for the modeller who wants real prototypical buildings for his layout.
